When we relaunched in April, it was with a plan to 'make me redundant asap'… move away from the day-to-day stuff of finding/adding content, marketing, and everything else… to a background role where I can advise and guide accordingly.

That's not happened.

Why we include YouTube clips.

We've recently increased the amount of YouTube clips in 'Magazine'.

Why?

Not as a quick and easy way to bolster our 'how to do NM better' stuff, but because they can be a really good (simple and effective) way to learn.

Developing ability.

By learning, and practice, we get better.

An earlier note outlined how NM is a business, and should be approached and undertaken accordingly… and that appropriate 'business-y knowledge' can be a good thing.

NM is often lauded as 'equal opportunity'. Rightly so.

Almost anyone could do well in it.

But what's too-rarely noted-and-remembered is 'you'll have to work at it'.

With today's entries we've now hit the hundred-marker for magazine items.

I suppose a brief moment of self-congrats is ok…

With the type and quantity of magazine items, we've settled into a good routine… clear about just what we're publishing, and how much of it.

Loosely aiming for 'about 5-10 minutes read-time daily', there's a mix of short and longer stuff, simple and more complex, frequent videos.
